When will I receive my certificate of completion?
After you successfully complete your course, your certificate of completion will be emailed to the email on file.

Why is my course not showing complete?
In order for the system to register 100% complete on a course, you must make sure to click "continue and mark complete" on every page. If you skip content or use the left side navigation bar to skip content, the system won't register you as 100% complete.

What is your refund policy?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course or the experience, we will issue a refund without any hassle! However, if you have already completed the course and received a certificate of completion we would be unable to refund you.

Do you report to CE Broker?
Yes, we report to CE Broker nightly so you can rest assured we will report for you within 24 hours. In fact, we are a featured provider with CE Broker and if you notice a course has NOT been reported, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know!
