About this course
The purpose of this Florida Board of Pharmacy approved course is to provide pharmacy professionals with an understanding of what a medication error is, and how root cause analysis as well as failure mode and effects analysis identifies flawed processes and systems to prevent recurrences of those errors. --- This course will report to CE Broker within 24 hours and can be taken at your own pace, on any device.
